We were approached by DC United to purchase tickets for this event, and our club has decided to make a club event out of it. Wouldn't it be nice to have a big group of AC D.C. players at this game? It's too bad that Eleonor's love-interest, Mr. Fabio "so hot" Cannavaro, just left the team to return to Italy, but Saint Ike et al. will still be fun to watch. My personal favorites are the Dutchies: Sneijder, Robben, van Nistelrooy, Drenthe. Plus, it looks like they are on the verge of signing Franck Ribery from Munich.
If we get a big group, we can go for the group tickets, which are around $70-80 a piece (not cheap). We'll organize some sort of tailgating (keep Georgie away from the vodka please) before the game. Maybe borrow Jeffy's tent as he is in Alaska.

ReplyDeleteIf a group of ACDC players are going to a stadium event, it's probably a good idea to have legal representation on hand.
There is no way that I will be able to pay for that one..have fun though!!
